He spent fifteen years as a teacher, wrestling coach, and administrator at The Pingry School — working with over 1,000 students and families, earning multiple school awards, and being voted District Coach of the Year by his peers. Everything he learned about developing people, building culture, and driving performance in that environment became the foundation for everything that followed.
When Mark transitioned to the corporate world, he didn't just join a sales team — he built one from the ground up. As VP of Sales Development at an industry-leading construction software company, Mark assembled a team of 16 high-performing SDRs in just 7 months. That team went on to generate over 1,000 meetings for the sales organization in consecutive years, fueling 100%+ ARR growth back-to-back and helping land the company on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America.
